The Bible tells us to,
"...confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, so that
you may be healed. The prayer of the righteous is powerful and
effective" (James 5:16).
The gift of intercessory prayer is a gift from God. It is important
that you know that we will pray for and journey with you in prayer. You
are invited to submit a request. All requests are confidential and will
be prayed over by a lay member of our prayer team.

How to Pray
Prayer is very important to the believer and is our personal communication line with God.
God seeks a personal relationship with all believers and prayer is how
we interact and communicate with God.
Prayer was vital to Jesus when he was on earth and before and after all
events in his life, he would spend time alone in prayer with his
Heavenly Father.
Jesus' disciple asked him once to teach them how to pray and
Jesus gave them and us a model for prayer that we can use in our prayer
life with God.
"One day Jesus was praying in a certain place. When he finished, one of
his disciples said to him, "Lord, teach us to pray, just as John taught
his disciples." He said to them,
"When you pray, say:
Father,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come.
Give us each day our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins,
for we also forgive everyone who sins against us.
And lead us not into temptation. " Luke 11:1-4
"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the
door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks
finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened." Matthew 7:7-8
Paul tells us to "Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all
circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." 1
Thessalonians 5:16-18
Most importantly please know that God loves you very much and just as we
so easily talk to our loved ones here on earth, we too can talk to God
who loves us more than we can ever imagine.
